The aim of study “Effects of LED types and time of lighting on the plant growth and development of Sinningia speciosa in vitro” was determined kind of LED and time of lighting suitable on the plant growth and development of S. speciosa in vitro condition. The result showed that the LED grow light and time of lighting which 16 hours/day were efficient for multiplication, the shoot number explants was 6,11, the leaf area was 1,022 cm square, the heigh of shoot was 1,27 cm, the chlorophyll a and b concentrations were 0,0335 and 0,0034 µ.L-1, respectively, after cultured 4 weeks. The LED grow light and time of lighting which 16 hours/day were found to be effective for rooting, the root number explants was 28,41, the length of roots was 3,12 cm, the heigh of plant was 2,96 cm, after cultured 4 weeks. In vitro plants were tranferred into mixture of coconut fiber and rice husk to harden, the survival percentage reached 100% that S. speciosa were
cultured by LED grow light and time of lighting which 16 hours/day.
